Tajeer uses a porous upper screen to turn a large commercial volume into a calm, finely scaled urban facade. The screen filters light and conceals service functions without becoming opaque.
At street level, continuous glazing and a dark canopy create visibility for shops and a sheltered pedestrian edge. The angled corner draws movement around the building.
