Eight is organized around a disciplined facade grid. Recessed openings and projecting white frames give the elevation depth while protecting the interiors from direct sun.
The vertical fins extend the building's proportions and create a changing pattern of shadow through the day. Blue-toned glazing adds a restrained contrast to the pale mineral envelope.
